Why We Started

Innate Integration was founded with one goal in mind:  Change the approach to healthcare.  We make healthcare more attainable (and convenient) for patients by removing the transportation barrier and coming directly to you.

As a result of our model, we are able to offer personalized and adaptable care for you every visit.  Have a new injury?  Want to tackle that injury that’s still bugging you from 20 years ago?  Has the standard approach not been working for you?  We use a variety of different techniques to address your individual needs and goals.  And patients find that they have the ability to heal, often beyond their expectations.

Let us guide you on your journey to health and help integrate your innate potential.

About the Doc

Dr. Timothy Arena, DC, CCEP

Dr. Arena was born and raised in holistic healthcare, growing up in his mother’s Chiropractic office.  Day in and day out, he saw the power of the Chiropractic adjustment as he witnessed patients in severe pain crawl into the office and walk out refreshed after having their nervous systems integrated.  He received his own first ever adjustment just an hour after being born (yes, adjustments are great for babies too!).

In his education, Dr. Arena studied at Phillips Academy for high school and Cornell University for undergrad, majoring in Nutritional Sciences on the Pre-Med track.  He went on to study in California at Life West Chiropractic College, graduating as salutatorian.  His desire to soak up all the knowledge and try out every technique had him taking most of the electives offered at the school.  His goal was always to have as many tools in his toolbox as possible to help his patients heal.

As an athlete for most of his life, Dr. Arena played many sports including baseball, football, wrestling, ultimate frisbee, and even a bit of squash.  He’s been through injuries and knows what it’s like to try and regain your function afterwards.  That’s what motivated him to get his CCEP (Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner) certification.

After graduating from Life West, he came back home and got his license here in MA.  Not long after he started working in a brick and mortar position as an associate, the pandemic struck and his patients started coming in with new complaints and new challenges.  He quickly realized the limitations of working in a brick and mortar office and sought out a solution to more fully address the problems his patients were facing.

Enter Innate Integration.  Dr. Arena started his mobile practice and brought health care back to its roots.  Now patients have more one-on-one time with a doctor who truly cares about them.
