Personalized Evaluation and Exam
Health Care is all about taking care when it comes to your health. Innate Integration exemplifies this with an individualized history and exam process. We sit down with you and give you face-to-face time with a doctor who listens and cares.
Most patients say that this is one of the most thorough exams they’ve ever had with a doctor. We cover a full neuro-musculo-skeletal evaluation, both for your body areas of interest and for areas you may not even realize aren’t functioning as well as they could. This gives the most detailed picture of where we’re starting so we can track your progress.
Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments help to align the vertebrae in your spine. This allows your nervous system (the system that controls almost every function in your body) to function better.
At Innate Integration, we know that every body is different. As such we use different approaches to tailor care to what you need. For instance, if your system is more sensitive or you’re just not a fan of the “cracking” sound (which we can talk all about what that really is), we have a tool called an Activator that allows us to provide low force adjustments without the popping sound.
In addition to the traditional Chiropractic spinal and pelvic adjustments, the doctor is also trained in extremity adjusting. This allows for specific analysis and treatment of injuries such as carpal tunnel, rotator cuff issues, sprained ankles, foot pronation, ribcage, TMJ, and much more.
Muscle Work
You know when your muscles are tight and sore. It’s one of those things we can feel. If you go to the gym, you might feel it over the next few days. But that usually goes away right? What about that muscle spasm and soreness that just doesn’t go away…
That’s where we come in. We can analyze the origin of the problem and use our tools to help release those chronically tight spots. When your joints are well-adjusted and your muscles are able to move the joints without restriction, your movement is free.
Ergonomic Desk Setup Consultations
Have you been working from home? Do you have a really nice computer setup, a desk that is the perfect height for you, and a chair that’s both comfortable and supportive?
If not, well you’re not alone. And this is the service for you. So many of our patients started presenting with new problems after they transitioned to working from home. They simply didn’t have the right setup and it was literally causing a pain in their necks and backs.
So we developed a set of steps and solutions to help people achieve more comfort and support in their working from home setup. By optimizing the space that you use for tens of hours per week, we can help not only address the postural pain yo may be experiencing, but also salvage the curvature in your neck that is too often compromised through improper computer usage.
Since we offer mobile visits, we’re able to work directly with you and your workspace to customize a solution that will work for you, all without spending a boat-load of money on expensive new gear.

Some of the other techniques we use to aid you in achieving maximal health include traction and laser therapies.
Every day, your spine is pushed down under the weight of gravity, even when you’re sitting. Traction can help to open up joints that have been compressed. It can also be used in treatment of disc issues.
For us, one of the areas of research that we’re most fascinated in is healing using the energy of light emitted through Laser Therapy. This type of treatment is often a completely separate service offered in other practices, but can be part of the healing journey at Innate Integration.
